Steering Issue
The mower cuts well and has adequate power, however the steering seems to be a major pain point for this mower. I got this mower for my wife and it over complicates things telling her that she cannot make a sharp left turn without the wheels getting stuck in that position causing her to have to get off and manually straighten them out so the pinion can come back in contact with intact teeth on the rack. NOT IDEAL.....

Junk...do not buy
I bought mine in May of 2021. It is all plastic and gets stuck on the smallest of inclines. Very lightweight. Hard to use the reverse gear, and unless you have a flat yard, I would not recommend. Can't even sell it on the open market. No one wants it.

The worst piece of junk I ever purchased.
I bought this 3 weeks ago. First it got stuck in reverse. I had to back it with the blades on from the back yard to to garage. Now it won’t go in gear. My friend finally got out of reverse and now it sometimes will go in reverse or forward. I have a video trying to get it out of the garage.

Right turns only
I’m very disappointed with this product. Shortly into owing this mowing I discovered that turning left was a problem. I looked underneath and found a steering plate that had teeth that were starting to break off. I’ve only owned the mowing for two years and it’s basically unusable as it sits. It needs a new steering plate but it’s a bad design in the first place. Made for failure.

Does the job
I bought this lawn mower because I am at the age where a push mower was too much work for me. I have had my Craftsman since Sept.2019 with no problems. I just had to replace the battery. I charge it each time I use it. This is my first Craftsman lawn mower. Awesome!
