The first thing I noticed when I actually went to install it, is that the plastic sleeve containing the nuts, bolts, washers etc, had never actually even been sealed. All the parts were just loosely flying around in the toolbox, some of the washers and vinyl getting lost and flying out through the cracks through its life before even being purchased.
