do not buy these!

they are great and work as advertised but you can not get them warrantied at Lowe's, craftsman makes the process very difficult, and on top of all that if it weren't bad enough, they told me this product is already obsolete and there was no solution after 3 weeks of waiting

good product when used correctly, bad warranty

the product worked mostly as advertised and when I did break something it was hard to get it warrantied, they thought I was lying about the part number. 2 weeks and still no replacement

The Best I Have Used

This well-made set of hex-bit sockets may be pricey, but one cannot argue with the performance. The sockets and bits are both of a great quality, and the “X-Tract” machining provides an incredible grip on fasteners, even if they have been rounded out. Impressed

Probably like a lot of people I grew up with the idea that Craftsman, Made in USA, and lifetime guarantee were synonymous. I’m glad Craftsman is back and, while these are not Made in USA, I have to acknowledge that the level of craftsmanship and quality make these an excellent purchase regardless of COO (and they are made in Taiwan, which has become an excellent COO for tools over the last decade or so). product arrived broke

I ordered the product for store pick up. The item came broken, the magnetic part at the bottom was not attached to the sockets, i could not simply exchange it since it was an order placed that took a couple of days to arrive. I thought this was supposed to be their professional line of tools. They cannot even hold their place while being packaged.

I’m not sold at all. These are junk. If anything they strip worse than the regular ones. I feel dumb for buying these. Harbor freight here I come

Save you're money, this is a gimmick

this is a big marketing gimmick. I tried these on new and stripped fasteners and saw no difference. they stripped fasteners the same way a normal bit would, and slipped in previously stripped fasteners.

Broken right out of the box

Upon opening, I could see it was in pieces. The magnet on the bottom was not attached, 4 of the sockets were broken and floating in the package. Very disappointed.
