The CRAFTSMAN® Drain Plug Removal Tool magnetically attaches to pre-loosened, ferrous metal, oil drain plugs, solving both issues at once. A flexible shaft allows the tool to be used in many different locations and positions while still being capable of threading and unthreading the drain plug. The magnetic head is designed to assist in locating the plug securely onto the tool.

This magnetic drain plug tool is pretty cool. When doing an oil change I almost always have the oil come running out and running down my arm when I take the drain plug out. Have done 1 change since buying this, loosened the drain plug most of the way, spun it the rest of the way out with this tool and didn’t get any oil running down my arm. It also doubles as a holder for the drain plug to hang on this tool at the edge of the drain pan to let the drain plug drip dry. Very, very satisfied with t...
