Learn MoreWe're on the level. Leveling, measuring, and stud finding tools are accurate, compact, and easy to use. Laser levels are available in red or highly visible green laser beam options. Cross lines are perfect for installation of partitions, shelves, cabinets, tile, and flooring. Our laser level with integrated stud sensor combines two tools in one, its detects both wood & metal studs as well as Live AC. In addition, it also projects a horizontal laser line. Other models can accurately identify stud edges or center points as well as energized wires. Our three laser distance measurers work off a rechargeable li-ion battery platform and provide accuracy measurements at the click of a button. Two out of the three will also allow for easy area and volume calculation capabilities.

Solid laser, not so solid stand
The laser works awesome, especially for the price point. I can’t really complain about that. The stand however, leaves quite a bit to be desired. It only adjusts in one direction so you can end up in a situation like my picture where you are not able to go up or down at all with it and still have it be level. The other thing I don’t love is that you cannot connect to the laser from the top so you can’t have it come down from somewhere if your reference surface is above it you would have to conne...

Smaller laser level
Compact lightweight laser with pendulum or locked action. Multi-adjustable clamping mount looks so easy to use and has a decent quality feel. Heavy blow molded storage case with extra battery storage is a plus. Looking forward to using on many upcoming projects.

Great for the price.
Simple and easy to use, it will struggle if your shooting over 10 to 15 in bright sunshine which is a little disappointing. Works really well indoors, in shade, or overcast, so wait for a cloud….. Comes with a nice case and bracket.

Short range outdoor
Bought this for leveling an awning support outside 14' away. It may shine 50' in the dark but not in the day and was not visible at 14'. Beam width is thin and consistent for accuracy, just not bright enough. The unit seemed well built in a nice case. This would work indoors but not for outdoor projects. Eye safe green laser for my pistol has a much greater range.

Great level overall but limited use outdoors
Overall this is a very nice level. It's easy to use and very accurate. It comes with a very nice hard case and quick link bracket although (for me) is was easiest to use with a tripod. Brightness indoors is excellent but it fades quickly outdoors (even though the specs indicate that it is for use outdoors). It requires a lot of shade or overcast to be usable outdoors.

Tried to use in the Outdoors
My son was creating a level dirt pad on his unlevel lawn to install a child's play gym. I tested the Green Line Laser in my garage and the cross pattern showed very nicely. I took it to my son's house and proceeded to set it up to check the level of forms to hold the dirt pad. I took a yard stick and set it to see where the highest part of the lawn was. I could not find the horizontal green line. If I took the yard stick and set it in front of the beam generator, the line showed very nicely...

How to use/calibrate?
Just bought this laser and it mentions "first of all download the user manual to calibrate". The user manual is nowhere to be found. The laser keeps blinking and the Y axis is not aligned but again no instructions on how to use the device.
