DON’T BUY - Absolutely junk

This is absolutely junk. Won’t start until engine cools down and then sometimes it won’t start at all. I should have read the reviews before I bought it but it was a Craftsman and trusted it, now can’t return. Craftsman went down in quality then they used to be very reliable. I would have gave this a negative 1 if I could. Completely junk. There is nothing like buying something brand new and paying a lot of money that you don’t have to waste, then finding out it is junk. DON’T BUY

No good/Unreliable Pressure washer

Should not be on the market. Look at other reviews for yourself, as I should have but was trusting it would simply be a good product. It definitely wasn't! I used it one time for a very short time and the next day I used it about 30 minutes, turned it off and it wouldn't start back even after cooling off. Put a new spark plug in for laughs and giggles, Nope...denied!....Still wouldn't start...tried several things...pulled and pulled many times and I was ready to throw it off a cliff, so I to...

Horrible product

Purchased this power washer, assembled it and it wouldn’t start. I bet we tried over 100 times to start it. Troubleshooting didn’t help and all Google did was make us realize this is a well-known problem with this power washer. Returned it immediately. The biggest pain in the butt and waste of half of our day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Starter rope would not go back second time I pulled it this piece of junk I'll never buy craftsman again It is very piece of equipment

Unsteady and Unreliable

Not sure if anyone else has issues with it the unit tipping over from the vibration, but mine has each time I have used it and it auto shutoffs. When you set it back upright and attempt to restart it, the pull cord is impossible to pull. You have to wait until the unit cools for some reason and then restart it and then its rinse and repeat with the same issues.
