poor design
purchased a Craftsman folding retractable utility knife CMHT10384 and I could not put a blade in the knife. there is nothing on Craftsman website for instructions to load a blade.

Blades are impossible to get it.
Don’t waste your time or money. I was not able to get a blade loaded in this thing. It’s goong back tomorrow.

changing the blade takes a lot of tries even with the online how to pdf file. Nowhere to store extra blades. is a major fail. The retractable slide hangs up so much. I finally had enough of the piece of junk that I threw mine away from twenty stories up. It is heavy like a rock which is a plus. Real tradesman would not own this knife.

Great price!! Have used it 5 days a week breaking down boxes for a month and no problems.
Disappointed
Blade did not come preloaded. EXTREMELY difficult and DANGEROUS to push the black button while trying to slide the blade in. POOR design.
