The first time using this pressure washer, I was super excited because of how simple and powerful it was to clean my siding from a couple years of tree buildup, and my cement patio as well. However I wasn't able to complete the job because halfway through, so about 2 hours of use. The hose going to the sprayer burst open and sprayed me back. Needless to say, I have ordered a new hose, and have found many reviews accounting this same issue. Great pressure washer, buy an aftermarket hose. lol

Bought a 2400 about 12 months ago. It constantly surges. We have checked all the nozzles as directed, nothing is clogged. It is so frustrating to buy an expensive product and have it not work correctly

Died not 1 year after purchase. Junk.
Used it a total of perhaps 10 times, hooked up all of the hoses and it doesn't turn on. Fiddled with it for a few hours and at one point it turned on and now nothing. Some kind of electrical problem. Don't buy it. My friend has the same model and it has the same problem. AVOID.

I bought a Craftsmen because I didn't recognize any of the other brands. It was slightly more expensive than the other machines. It was easy to put together. I hooked it up per instructions and started using it, being careful to purge the machine of any air. Can’t Beat It

Easy to assemble and use.
It was easy to assemble and to use. I like that it has a place for the nozzles and it has a card showing some example of things that can be power washed as well as showing the spray patterns. We are going to another spray head attachment and put it into a plastic pouch which will be zip tied to the handle.
