I had this mower a little over a year then it stopped. It wouldn't go forward or backwards. Called Craftsman for warranty repair. They gave me two company's to take it to. They both were out of business. Had to call again. Took it to a dealer and they fixed the mower but now Craftsman is dragging the process out. I have been without the mower for over three weeks when it only took two days to fix. It is under warranty but Craftsman is not paying the dealer for some reason. I called Craft...
Lowes
Got my Z7600 delivered today on a pallet for me to get off. Right front tire was completely flat. The battery bracket was not fastened down and did not fit the battery they installed. I assumed they installed the smallest cheapest battery allowed. Tried calling them today but have gotten on there automated robo thing, no real people. Frustrated!
Well built more than expected for craftsman, lots
Works well unless grass is damp at which point when incline mowing then machine experiences loss of steering and traction. Not a big issue i just cut when the sun shines

Easy deck raising and lowering
Love everything about this mower. I was just only disappointed that the deck belt tensioner spring broke with less than 10 hours of usage but was able to repair it on my own.

Girliest Zero Turn
I researched almost every brand/manufacturer prior to purchase of the Craftsmen Z7600. The Kohler engine has plenty of power and the ride is very comfortable. I have owned this model for over one year and would purchase it again.
