Perfect for our garage

This was delivered on pallets! No assembly really…. Just unpacking and getting it installed in our garage. This is a really good piece. My only complaint is that there are different keys for every cabinet… 6 different key sets of two, so 12 keys! Wish the keys fit all of the cabinets.

Diappointing Purchase

When this product was delivered there were no obvious damage or stress noticed. However, upon unpacking and assembly there were a few things that I can't believe were allowed to be sent out. First there were numerous scratches and crushed corners. Feet that weren't manufactured correctly. one of my upright cabinet feet broke off trying to thread it into the holder. The doors are flimsy on the upright cabinets. The other units (base) were of good quality. The two smaller upper cabinets were okay ...

Bad Customer Service

This item hadn't even shipped on the day it was to be delivered as I called the very next day and Customer Service was terrible. Not the motto.

I like the construction, but i am missing one part to be able to finish assembly

Welds on door were not centered, it arrived with dents, the suite had 6 key locks all keyed differently making it difficult to lock and unlock the cabinets. Call Customer Service to lowes and they gave me Craftsman # 855-971-2255 and craftsman bounced me around and kept me on hold for over an hour. No resolution, bad quality, no customer service.

Overpriced

It holds alot of stuff, but is poorly made. Most of the feet were missing, and the ones it did come with couldn't be used as the cabinet threads were mangled. Overall I like the look and storage options, but its worth maybe half of what I paid.
