What Customers Are Saying

Customers are sharply divided. Many praise hand tool sets for durability, lightweight yet sturdy ratchets, quick-release mechanisms, and excellent value for starter kits. However, nearly as many report severe lawn mower failures—units fail to start after months or one storage season, with white smoke, sudden shutdowns, and ignition problems despite proper maintenance. Some mention missing components like sockets or engine manuals, and a few note thin ratchet heads. Overall, satisfaction hinges entirely on product category, with strong loyalty among tool buyers but deep frustration among mower owners.
