The package was damaged when it got delivered to lowes and some of the wood pieces had ding all over

Just now putting down the flooring, so it’s too early to evaluate the wood, but the big problem was the delivery. Lowed did not call when it was ready for pickup. After I called days after it apparently arrived, I was told to pick it up. On arrival they could not find it. After finally locating the order, they could not find a forklift to deliver it.
