Made in north America?
First off I will say I love my new grill. I researched for months to buy and American made product and I am still not sure if this is made in north America or not. Gasket fell off during first use, I tucked back in and its fine. I think this grill has some design flaws. The handle is too close to the shelf, I have closed the lid a couple times and have had the handle contact my plate of food. Failed first day
I searched high an low for an American made product, this grill is made in "North America" which was fine by me. First thing I find while unpacking was a made in China sticker on the bottom shelf. I got over that real quick because this grill was beautiful and solid as a rock. Now for the bad news, the gasket on the lid fell off during the seasoning process, bummer right! Very Happy with my Broil King Smoke 500
I wanted the option for smoking and grilling but didn't want something too big. I received the BBQ on Friday and by Monday I smoked a Chicken and a Roast. Then I grilled Steaks potatoes, Corn on the Cob and a Pizza. I am still learning the grill but it has been very controllable for temperature.
