Hinge failure

I had this cabinet installed less than a year ago by a professional. Recently, my wife heard a crash, went to the bathroom and found that the left mirror/door had fallen out of its hinges, crashed into the sink, and cracked the sink basin.

BUYER BEWARE - This cabinet is NOT white!

This cabinet is ivory/taupe colored. They call it "Classic White" on the box, but it is NOT white. It came in a HUGE box and was a pain to get home, and I'm pretty bummed that after we took the time to open and unpack it, it's NOT white!! Very frustrating. That being said, the thing is heavy, looks well made, and it packaged amazingly well. I left a white styrofoam square inside and took a photo so you can see that the cabinet is a ivory/taupe color.
