Arrived in excellent condition. Looks great and matches stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Had a little bit of difficulty with the placement of the backsplash against the wall behind the oven. Reason: distance from the top of oven to the microwave base above was 18 inches. Had to flex the top of the backsplash and then shimmy it down behind the oven. Quiet fan is annoyingly loud to use

Nice, solid unit. 3 does fan is great with the lowest speed being very quiet while still moving a good airflow. The lights are bright and fiber the area very well. Unfortunately, the most notable feature is the annoying, loud beeping whenever a button is pressed. There is no need for any sound since the buttons light up when activated. I haven't called customer support yet but Internet searches are not promising for a fix.
