Great hood
I purchased this hood in 2020 and installed it myself. It was quite simple to install and has made such a difference in the overall appearance of my kitchen as well as providing an excellent ventilation system
A superb high quality product
Excellent product: filters easy to remove and clean, quiet and powerful, lighting well placed and perfect for over the stove. The finish is superb and does not show finger prints. The finish matches LG appliances we purchased.

Sounds like a jet!! Way too loud!!
Looks good but sounds awful! It's way too loud! I spent an hour and 5 minutes waiting for an agent at Broan to troubleshoot before hanging up and another 20 minutes trying to get someone at Lowe's to help me. No one in appliances would pick up the phone. I regret this purchase!! Don't buy this range hood!!
Great hood
Shipped direct for free. Easy install even with my pitched ceiling. Far better than having an OTR Microwave with an exhaust fan. The whole kitchen looks new with this one change.
This vent hood sounds like a jet taking off

It is loud
Looks nice but if you are concerned about noise or use your fan often this is not for you. Also one of the lights already burned out
