Bad Instructions, No Support
The fan itself is quiet and the light is bright. Installation was a pain. The housing can only be connected to the joist on one side. We were replacing a fan, so the house duct was in one direction and the fan's duct now had to face the completely opposite direction. Some semi-rigid duct ultimately made it work, but even with the housing screwed to the joist, we ended up using our own drywall screws to secure it fully. The instruction booklet is not very clear or detailed. It includes a QR code ...
