When two hinges are used, the system supports a maximum door weight of 110 lbs, and when three hinges are used, it supports up to 140 lbs. The hinge is suitable for glass doors with a maximum door width of 36". The design features a squared style with a square edge profile for clean alignment at the glass and wall connection points. The back plate measures 2-3/16" Width and 3-15/16" Height, while the hinge body has a Height of 3-15/16" and a Width of 2-5/16". The hinge is not adjustable and does not include a 5 Degree pre-set function. Gaskets, screws, and a mounting template are included to support installation. The Matte Black Finish provides a uniform dark surface appearance that blends with coordinated glass door hardware. Installation Instructions- 1) Confirm glass thickness, door width, and door weight meet hinge requirements. 2) Use the included template to mark mounting locations on the wall and glass. 3) Secure the H-back plate to the wall using the provided screws. 4) Position gaskets between the hinge and glass panel. 5) Attach the hinge to the glass and verify smooth side swing and self-centering operation.
