The ounce of prevention

Seems to fit a variety of bath tubs. Allows the water to leave, but catches the hair. It really helps prevent a clog in a houseful of girls shampooing in the shower.

It's ok

If you have a large drain to cover than this may be better for you. My drain is probably the diameter of just the silver part and the silicone does not keep it in place very well. It does move around if you step on it. However it does collect hair very well.

A little too big

Like one of the reviewers mentioned, it keeps a puddle of water around. The area around the drain hole is usually a little lower to help draining water. This thing is large enough that it levels out the area, and the thickness of the rubber doesnt help getting rid of water either. I am thinking of getting the smaller one (for sink, 3 1/2 in) and try to see it works better.

Great product but I returned it

This was a great product and I wished it had worked but, since there was no way to attach it to the drain my two cats kept stealing it as a play toy. The product fit well over the existing drain and worked well when it was in place. The once improvement would be attaching to the existing drain.

I have one in each shower/tub and in the kitchen sink. This is one of the best products. Buying for my house and for my tenant units.

Just what I needed!

I always tried to check my drain two or three times while I was washing my hair in the shower to catch as much as I could before it went down the drain. This catches it and holds it on top where it is easy to clean off. The rubber edge keeps it in position during the shower. Love it!

Must for stopping hair and an ICKY problem

OK, I'm going to talk about some icky stuff. Be warned! Living in the country, some things city folk take for granted are daily issues for us. For example sewer systems.
