Not a good experience
Assembly was fine. It’s not exactly as pictured (wings are solid, lower hose is solid) and the manual does not match. Said it came with oil but none showed up on the dip stick. Filled with 3qts of oil to the recommend level per manual. Puked oil (like 2 qts) all over the driveway on the first log. The pump sounds like it is full of rocks. Unable to get any response from Boss.

Effortless and efficient wood splitting.
This has proven to be an excellent product. It was simple and, so far, has worked perfectly. I like the bidirectional splitting system which really makes short work of a pile of wood! The only minor problem I saw was the poor wheel design. The axle seems short due to the length of the spacer pipe between the legs, but it is ok.

Nice splitter but hard to move
This splitter does a good job. Ive used it to split a few cords of norway maple and ash wood. My only real complaint is how hard it is to move. The wheels are small and not spaced out far which makes storage easy but doesn't makes it unstable to roll on anything other than smooth level ground. The handle is also not ergonomic but once I got it in place, I have left it there and just keep it covered when not in use.
