Additional Vent Needed with Bosch Hood
Product is probably fine, not yet installed. We bought the hood that goes with this vent and were never informed (just like other customers) that this is a seperate purchase needed. You would think that a big box store or Bosche would inform the customer that this vent is needed.

Have to keep buying accessories
So I didn’t read the manual for my hood before buying and even though it says recirculating and ducted options, found out after install that you need this extra piece. THEN after buying this extra piece I realize it doesn’t come with all part and you have to get again buy another accessory to complete it. Why would you not include there duct you need to assemble in your instructions!? Such a pain. Also FYI the protective sticker over the stainless steel is unnecessarily difficult to remove.
