The dishwasher works amazing and is so quiet. The door however is flimsy and moves from side to side this is reason it gets a four star and not five.

Harrisonburg Lowe's Please Help
The problem with this dishwasher is Bosch customer service. My very expensive dishwasher has not worked for 6 weeks. It is still under its first year warranty. They have sent a service-person out and told him to replace the same part over and over. Nobody will respond from Bosch corporate and I have called daily for weeks to try and move the process forward. They keep asking questions with the hope I'll go away..... Quiet, Quiet, Quiet
Great dishwasher. Replaced similar Bosch that probably could have been fixed but it was 14 years old. Never experienced the "Benchmark" model which is supposed to be a little quieter, but this 800 Series Bosch is unbelievably quiet. It projects a red light on the floor so that you know it is on and running - and this is NOT a gimmick - it is so quiet that you need it.
