A year later, the dishes don’t clean well. Required to pay 400 to fix it. Not worth

Already Busted !

Almost out of warranty and broken. Would have to wait 2 weeks for a service call through Bosch. Hired a local company for same day service 😞

Too complicated

You cannot set the dishwasher options (heavy wash, sanitize etc.) from the appliance panel. The only way to make changes is by loading the connect phone app, and even then, you are purely lucky if you can put in the settings you want.

Smelly, does not dry

From day one, this unit has started to smell. There is nothing in the filter, as we check it constantly to try and find the smell. We use the air dry, regular dry, and nothing works to actually dry the dishes. It is such a shame that as we pay more, quality continues to diminish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking dishwasher. VERY quiet. However, wash cycle is pretty long. Dishes come out pretty clean. Initially, there were some report faultys with the water pressure or pump. but those wnet away after a few cycles, so maybe it just needed to be broken in. Also, the middle rack doesn't seem to accomodate my glasses and small bowls veyr well. But, overall satisifed.

I researched extensively before purchasing this model, as we wanted a quality appliance with a great reputation which would hold up over time and one that would be nice and quiet. We hit a home run with this one!! We also love the versatility gained by the adjustable racks. Genius!!!

Do not buy 18 months old and all of sudden making a buzzing noise through whole wash cycle $139 For technician just to come out asinine for a $1300 dishwasher might as well buy $400 dishwasher every year

Had it 18 months now it’s making a buzzing noise through the whole wash cycle all indications are it’s the circulation pump. Ridiculous for a $1300 dishwasher

So Far So Good

We were tired of wasting our money and turned to washing dishes by hand. That, of course, became tedious so we purchased the Bosch and have been please thus far. Dishes come out clean and I have been able to move on to other household duties. The app is the big disappointment. I DO NOT like to have to install an app on my phone to operate an appliance. Y...

My new best friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our dishwasher for over a year now and still just as obsessed with it! It does a fantastic job, I love all the settings and the indicator light when its time to refill the rinse aid. The 3rd rack is so handy for knives and smaller sippy cup pieces. I love the feature that I can start it from my phone. The filter is so easy to clean.
