[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2 nd Bosch 500 . We purchased one with our first renovation at our Lake house . That was 8 years ago and it has been super reliable. When we did are new renovation on our primary home kitchen we did not hesitate to purchase again . We love it easy to use . Convention oven is a big favorite feature. A great product .

Poor Engineering
I have owned this speed oven for 6 years and spent thousands having it repaired. The fuses attached to the side of the door are constantly breaking, we don't open door with microwave running. This is a common problem and after having a repair done, I've become so adept at replacing these fuses I simply do it myself now with spares always on hand. DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE OVEN
My unit is 6 years old. I've spent over $700 repairing it (twice), and this morning it tripped a breaker suggesting another repair is coming soon. Bosch doesn't stand behind their $1800+ product, so you will be out of luck if you purchase it. Even the warranty is lame -- parts only. The parts are cheap (obviously!). Garbage product, garbage service
I received this oven on 12/21/24 after a healthy 3-4 week waiting period from my order date. I unboxed it today (6/6/25) since my new cabinetry is finally in place. Turns out, right out of the box, this unit has a faulty door sensor. An issue many of previous reviews call out.
