We are a Historic Masonry Restoration company, and we have both the 14 gal models and the 17gal models we use for grinding out mortar from walls prior to repointing. They are the most reliable and we've used them ever since they came onto the market. Their portability is essential when were working on scaffolds. Main unit seems good, peripherals need work.
On the plus side, it maintains good suction and is substantially quieter than my shop vac, and suction power is adjustable. On the down side, the fleece bag that came with it developed a hole during concrete grinding, which then sent the concrete dust straight to the HEPA, shutting down the process while I wait for new filter bags (that are not easy to get or cheap). It is also harder than it should be to find adapters to connect to 2.5 inch vacuum connections on my table saw and router table.

Great extractor
I've had mine for going on 4 years. Solid unit. Does exactly what it needs to. Strong suction Good hose management. Only change/improvement would be the auto filter button be changed to a dial or a toggle switch so that the auto filter doesnt automatically turn on. Expesially when im using fleece bags

Worth the price
We've used these vacuum cleaners for a variety of re-pointing projects around the Northeast USA. We love how they keep us in compliance with OSHA regulations. Powerful motors remove all the dust from the work face, making the environment a lot more pleasant for our Masons and their helpers to work in.

Good dust extractor but quality issues
Works well and has a great frame/wheel assembly. My AFC button broke leaving me with no option but continuously have it on and not use hepa filters. I’ve had the vacuum for longer than the warranty period but have used it very little. Is this switch serviceable?

The automatic filter cleaning feature broke after a few uses. Im not happy with this, wish I never bought it.
