The GDE28D mobile dust extractor allows users of the Bosch GBH18V-28DC 18V Bulldog™ to achieve maximum mobility around the jobsite with a dust-extraction solution, using only one battery. It has a filter cleaning mechanism to help remove excess dust and debris from the filter. It features a HEPA filter, helping users move toward compliance with OSHA silica dust regulations. The extractor mounts to the hammer, allowing use of the hammer’s fan to create suction in the extractor. This collector is activated through the engagement of the hammer trigger. This collector has auto power-on, providing vacuum suction automatically when drilling. It also has auto power-off, with a built-in two-second delay after releasing the hammer trigger, to allow collection of remaining dust. It comes with two Dust-Eye options (one small, one large) and a 4 In. extension. The large Dust-Eye option accommodates bit diameters up to 1-1/8 In. in diameter and the extension accommodates bit lengths up to 10 In. in length. The extractor has an aluminum guide rail for durability and smooth retraction of the Dust Eye during the drilling process. For convenience and flexibility, the dust container is transparent to check the actual dust level. It comes with a "Dust Box Empty Flap." Simply open the flap on the back of the dust extraction unit to easily remove dust.

The HDC400 dust collection attachment provides a unique dust collection system for breaker hammers. The ski-boot clamping band makes installation on the tool a snap. The clamp housing allows the attachment to be installed on the tool so that the dust collection shroud can be positioned near the chisel tip for optimum dust extraction. The clamp housing also can be adjusted up or down on the tool to accommodate a small variety of chisel lengths. The system also allows the dust collection shroud to float up or down should it make contact with the work piece during use. The dust port fits Bosch 1-3/8 In. vacuum nozzles but can also fit 1-1/4 In. to 2 In. nozzles with the appropriate adapter.

The HDC250 is a flexible dust collection attachment SDS-max® hammers for drilling into concrete with core bits. It is optimized for drilling diameters from 1-1/2 In. to 5 In. but can accommodate up to 6 In. if the brush ring is removed. The attachment features two unique air chambers: one allows the drilling bit to pass through when drilling into the work surface. The second air chamber is designed to maintain suction to the wall during the drilling application. The dust port is designed for Bosch 1-3/8 In. vacuum nozzle but can be used with either 1-1/4 In. or 2 In. vacuum nozzles when used with the appropriate adapter. The system is universal and is designed to connect to a vacuum so that it can be used with any size hammer and can accommodate the full range of core bit diameters and drilling depth.

The Bosch VX450 Vacuum Hose Y Connector is designed to connect two vacuum hoses to the GAS20-17A(H) 300-CFM Dust Extractor. It optimizes the use of the GAS20-17A(H) for maximum productivity, by allowing the use of two 5 In. angle grinders be connected to it. (Note: OSHA guidelines call for 25 CFM per inch of wheel diameter when using dust extractors with grinders for tuckpointing, cutting or surface-grinding applications in materials containing silica dust.) The Y Connector locks into the extractor’s hose port for secure fit during use. This durable attachment features a tethered port cap for covering an unused hose port and directing all of the suction power to a single connected hose.

Bosch   Auto-Start Remote Transmitter Connection

The Bosch GCT30-42 Bluetooth® Auto-Start Remote Transmitter can be fastened with adjustable attachment bands (included) to both Bosch and competitor 18V concrete, drywall and woodworking power tools having the ability to be connected to a corded dust extractor. When paired with Bosch’s GCA30-42 receiver, the remote transmitter detects when a cordless power tool is switched on or off, prompting the GCA30-42 receiver on the dust extractor to start or stop automatically. While the auto-start functionality makes it intuitive and easy to use, the remote transmitter can also manually start or stop the dust extractor if needed. A bright, highly visible LED status indicator light displays the status of the connection between the receiver and remote transmitter (established, weak or disconnected), even in dimly lit work areas. The GCT30-42 Bluetooth® Auto-Start Remote Transmitter is water and dust resistant with IP54 protection to withstand tough jobsite conditions. The GCT30-42 includes the Bluetooth® Auto-Start Remote Transmitter and three attachment bands.
