Work out time
I bought this for my wife and she justs loves it! To start, she could only handle 5 min--before running out of gas--Ha. With a few more days under her belt, she'll be working on 15 min episodes. I'm giving her another week or so before half an hour will be the normal.

Cross trainer assembly
As of Friday, October 06, 2023, I am in the process of assembly for the cross trainer. I have completed the step one described in the assembly manual guide. The sale price for the trainer was very good. The trainer should provide equipment for short work outs while not at the gym.
I like it. I love it! I love the video training. Want to get in shape? Trust me, this will do it.

Overall very good machine.
Solidly built Materials, believe it will last many years. Was able to assemble by myself (an assistant would have helped). Instructions were adequate, could have been clearer. Been on it every single day since putting it together. Gives me a good workout. Definitely lets me know just how out of shape I had become during the Pandemic.

Clunky but it works
This elliptical does the job but is a bit clunky and loud. The steps themselves are very hard so you have to wear shoes when using the elliptical. I wish it was a bit quieter as I am exercising and that I could exercise barefoot or in just my socks. still I like the small footprint and I am able to get the exercise I need in with this product.
Excellent workout machine!
Was very simple to assemble. All screws fitted just right, and the tools provided, made assembly perfect. Now the hard part. I tried to follow in youtube the 12 minute training and I didn't last but 2 minutes. I am out of shape, and this machine will make me get where I want to be. I love it. Love the challenge. By the way, it's very quiet. I definitely recommend it.
Great features!
This elliptical machine is very quiet and glides smoothly. It has been a welcomed addition to the family room where people watch TV and ride the elliptical. Though assembly was tedious, the instructions were quite helpful! The heart rate monitor is a cool feature. The wheels make it easy to move around the house. Overall I have enjoyed this product and feel it is a good value.
Poorly Machined, Installation Holes Don't Line Up
Was impressed with the heaviness of the pieces initially and the organization of the bolts, screws and relatively clear directions. BUT right off the bat, the first ten bolts/screws had THREE that would not line up (see photos). 30% unworkable/unsafe before you even get to Step 2! Maybe poor machining is acceptable and 'fixable' by the customer on other products, but 25% of the 4 bolts that hold the back base stable wouldn't even screw in, holes don't match up.
