It broke after 3 windows
It was doing great for a few mins, but the little clips that hold it open broke really fast. Do not recommend this product
Verified Purchaser
Bought a 4” long handle and this scrapper. This one runs circles around the 4” long handle.
Cheap plastic but I found a fix.
The retaining clips that holds the blade in place are plastic and break quickly. (First 5 min). I took two small door hinge screws and screwed them into The Who where there the clips are suppose to retain the blade in place. (In the handle). Works well now.
Poor quality
I have now bought two. Both have broke. The clips used to keep blade in an open position are small plastic retainers. Both have broke.
Not useful
I used this to remove some very tacky paint stripper and the blade kept falling out of place. Not helpful at all! Back to Lowe’s we go.
3.5 inch blade ? No refill blades found anywhere
I have looked all over for 3.5 inch replacement blades for this scraper. The scraper its self is designed well, easy to use and well made. What blows the whole thing is not being able to get replacement blades. Why ??

Downgrade from Kobalt Scraper
Kobalt made an almost identical scraper that had a metal body. This one broke within 15 minutes of scraping. First the pins sheared off and then the pins that hold the blade. Lowes had a good product and let it go. I can't find the old Kobalt scraper in-store or online. They need to bring it back.
Poor Workmanship
I used this scraper for about a half hour and the pins in the handle broke. It could not stop from going from the retractable part to the replace blade part. I took it back and replaced with another one. Time will tell
