Love this scoop for doing fried rice, scrambled eggs, and anything else where you need to remove large amounts of food from the griddle at the same time. Well made with rounded corners and filed edges. Blackstone makes a great product. I'm not sure this was on clearance due to a new model coming out but it is a great value.
