Perfect size

Assembly was ~1hr with my 10yr old son's "help". Only needed a handheld phillips screwdriver. The 30" griddle size is perfect. The ignitor is super simple and works every time. The air fryer is HUGE and is the main reason I chose this Blackstone model #2257. If you're wondering, the air fryer is ELECTRIC. It is not heated with the propane source. The assembly by Lowe's is poor/delivery terrible,

The Blackstone griddle is great for the entire outdoor family! The multi- burner gives you the option on cooking your vittles to perfection. However, the assembly by Lowe's was very questionable, propane bracket wasn't attached, just hanging, the paper towel rack was in the wrong place, the bag holder was installed incorrectly, maybe it was their initial assembly, still no excuse, the griddle was uneven, and the delivery guys (2), moved the grill like it was their first time also, didn't kno...

So Happy To Finally Get A Blackstone

We just got the grill, it was damaged so we got a great price. I was able to repair the sheet metal and repaint the repaired area with high temperature paint. So looking forward to the first meal!

Beware of Sharp Edges on the Air Fryer Rack!

We have had a lot of problems with the air fryer. First, myself, my husband and my son all got deep cuts on our hands from the rack; the bottom edges are very sharp. I think you should look into this issue to see if others have also experienced this and recall this product it's going to hurt someone really bad, especially a child. Excellent all around

We feed around 12 people 3 meals a day on the weekends and this is an excellent piece to do so with. The sides fold down and make the footprint very manageable for fitting in our enclosed trailer. The air fryer option is definitely worth it if you have power nearby, we love cooking okra/fries/ect down there while cooking burgers on top. The griddle will work as a standard Blackstone griddle without power, you only need power if you want to run the air fryer

Problem with Lowes order departments

I ordered this Blackstone grill. Opened a Lowes CC account. Order was to be assembled and free delivery, it was delivered NOT assembled. I was told it must be picked up and returned Lowes Shipping Department and it will be assembled and returned to me in 2-3 says. Never was not returned due a Lowes staf person canceled the order and credited my account. Totally wrong. I cant get answers who made that decision and why. Very frustrated!!

2 deliveries - both damaged

I have ordered two Blackstone griddles with air fryer and both were assembled and delivered. both griddles were damaged when received and not accepted. I also went to another Lowes store to purchase one flower pot which on line this store was only one which had this flower pot available and had 6 in stock. I bought the floor model at a discounted price. Everything looked to be there and put together well. Lady that helped us and also checked us out was great. Can’t wait till spring to season it and put it to use

Great Grill ?

Withstood a Family BBQ night of around 40 people. Only lit on fire once, made for a good show along with dinner. So in my opinion, a bonus. Highly recommend. Good additional features, with the tool hangers for ease of access without dirtying things up.
