Immediate Catastrophic Failure
Broke and completely failed within 90 minutes of first use. The thick metal rod that connects the blower intake fan to the engine snapped. It's a miracle that the fan, that spins extremely fast, stayed inside the flimsy plastic casing, and didn't shoot out and injure someone.

I’m ready for the war on leaves this Fall!
I took advantage of the Lowe’s free assembly; took it home; filled it with oil and gas; it started on the first pull. It has plenty of power and I had no trouble blowing leaves off the driveway and the lawn. It is light and easy to move around. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Works ok but seems procy for what you get
Bought this to replace an identical unit bought 25yrs ago that finally gave up. It seems to do the job but not as well as the original. Entire fan housing is made of plastic Not sure how longbitll hold up.

After the second use so about the third hour in, the screws which are only screwed into plastic ripped out from where the cover on the blower is. hAd to get out the trusty duct tape to hold it together to finish the yard.

My stihl backpack works twice as good. Manuel suggest that this works harder than to stihl Backpacks. Boo. Waste of money

Great product, well made, easy to follow assembly instructions. Took outside to use for the first time as a few leaves have started to collect over a parking lot. Works Great! Takes a little getting use to at first, but after just 5 minutes, I was putting it to the leaves and cannot wait until the next time its used. Be sure to buy the correct oil per the B&S manual, and to fill properly per the engine spec sheet! Engine started on first pull. This machine makes much faster work than a hand-held...
Missing bolts
Missing two mounting bolts that holds the housing to the frame of the unit. If on, while lifting up to say move over a small obstacle, it will cause the fan to rub against the housing and burn the plastic housing/fan. Caused a lot of flex in our unit. Will swap in two bolts but very ridiculous for 1 grand spent on this.
