This order was terrible. I have ordered several grass pod from you in the past all have been acceptable. Some bad pods here and there but nothing major. This order has over one tray that is totally unusable. The balance of the shipment contains many pods which appear to be rotten. I have installed them hoping that with fertilization and care they will rebound. If not You will hear from me expecting a refund. In addition- FedEX, not Lowes, said they attempted delivery on Sat and no one was home. ...

The grass plugs arrived in ready to plant condition. I didn't know what to expect as I had never done this before.

okay, i bought some more. it is turning into kind of a crap shoot. at least the first three orders that i got were alive and had been watered. this order the dirt was powder dry and hard as a rock. the grass was turning brown and hadn't been watered in a long time. the plastic containers were, again, crushed (this i expected but hoped they were not) and had to be cut in order to get the plugs out. again Fedex doesn't know what the "up" arrows mean.
