Product size inconsistent

I bought 18 12"x24" and 18 6"x24",, 6 from one pallet and 12 from another. 12 of them measured 23 3/4", and 6 measured 23 5/8". An 1/8 of an inch difference is not a lot, but for a raised bed that's 14 feet long, it equates to a 1 3/4" variance. The 12"x24" were all 23 5/8", so I had to cut 1/8" off 12 of the 6"X24" blocks. Not the easiest of jobs and a lot of unnecessary work to make the blocks line up. There's no excuse for such lax quality control. I will not be using these blocks again.
