Bare Ground slip grip traction granules in a 5 lb shaker jug is a specially designed traction granule that is infused with liquid calcium chloride. The liquid calcium chloride slowly leaches out of the traction granule, melting tough ice and snow while the traction granule provides grip and traction. The brittle traction granule will crush to dust under foot or tread so there is less cleanup at the end of a winter season. This might be the surest way to reduce slip and fall accidents and provide needed traction.

This specially designed traction granule infused with CaCL2 allows the liquid CaCL2 to slowly leach out, melting tough ice and snow while providing grip and traction

Zero melt of ice or snow

I poured almost half of this product on 3 small areas equative to one side walk (less than a yard stick) and no melting or even a cracking of ice that I could hear with Ice Melt and tested powder snow. Next up will be granular sand specific for traction. Sorry Bare Ground but I wasted my money. Where you see shine, that's black ice, and, where you see a bunch of this stuff, it's caked on top of ice,

Jug Almost Empty

When this product arrived, the containers were only 1/4 full. They didn't contain half the product as shown in the advertisement picture. This system is blocking me from uploading "PNG" format pictures of the product so you can see what I see.
