No function out of box
I purchased two of these showers. Neither valve assembly worked. Verified my water connections had plenty of pressure, but there was only a trickle coming out of the shower heads. Tested the second valve before installing, attaching just the cold water line. Same result - the water just trickled out of the shower ports. There are no instructions other than connect the water supply so the problem must be in the valve.

Nice smooth and spot resistant
I installed this very quickly. Nice smooth finish to the handles. Pretty spot resistant and easy to clean. Packaging seemed cheaper but the product was made well.

Extremely high quality
Very impressed with high quality of this product. Arrived packed extremely well. Impressed me so I uploaded pic so you can see the way it is packed and heavy duty valve. Each piece is heavy metal not cheap plastic and should last forever. I especially like the hand held wand which has several setting for different intensity of spray. Came with everything you need even gloves!

Nice shower head, sprayer and valve combo
We recently (8/7/2024) had this system installed in our new shower. Works great but the shower sprayer Did Not have the Power Spray feature that is shown in the pictures. There is no button on the back side of the sprayer nor is there a hole on the top end of the sprayer for the power spray. It only has the adjustable sprayer like most other sprayers.
