Just received it today. It is so nice , sleek and very well designed. It’s not super heavy and very manageable to move. Features are amazing ! Love the built in pump features and the bucket overflow safety features Plus it has many options for so many other features. The speed of the fan is barely noticeable which is so nice. I hate to hear fans running in the background. B&D has never disappointed us. So glad we got this for our basement.

Good small dehumidifier

I like that it removes the water from the air. It is rather noisy and the exhaust fan puts out a lot of warm air the longer it runs. It is easy to stop and empty whenever I feel it has removed enough.

Pump stopped working in 7 months

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this dehumidifier. We made the mistake of buying one. The pump stopped working in about 7 months. It took weeks to get a response regarding a warranty claim. Emails were ignored and I had to call multiple times. When I finally heard back, I was told to send the unit back and we may get a replacement in a couple months. So we don’t have a dehumidifier when we need it the most in the summer. I ended up having to buy another brand dehumidifier. This was a very exp...

Wow stopped at 13 months

Stopped work at 14 months. Will not reduce the humidity. Runs all day long but to reduction to humidity.
