I have a number of corded sanders but the cordless Mouse sander has become my go to sander since I purchased it. Its power compares favorably with corded models and it is a lot handier to use. Easier to change sand paper and no cords to get in the way.Running time with fully charged battery is great .There is no reason to use any of my other sanders.

Use for very light duty only
Battery life is virtually non-existent. I sanded two kitchen cabinet doors and it quit working. It’s definitely a VERY light-duty sander

Great first sander
Removes previous paint or stains quickly and easily. If you hit a side of something while sanding difficult corners, it will leave black marks. I have not yet used the finger tool, so maybe that would solve this issue. The charge does not stay if you leave it for a week or so without charging or using. Overall, great first little sander for me!
