Very Disappointed

After my gas powered weed eater stopped working, decided to give this one a try. Thought it might be lighter and easier to use, plus I already had a couple of the batteries. For small yard

These were to replace the black and decker trimmer and blower I have had for several years. I knew the price was too good to be true. These are probably the most basic models and not as powerful as what I already have so these will just be extras. Plus the batteries that come with them are 20 volt but only 1.5 strength. I didn’t realize they made any less than 2.5 anymore. They’re easy to use, light and great if you have 1/4 acre or less to do.

I love the 10 inch trimmer. It works very well. It's a good size to get in among shrubbery, it is light weight and long lasting. This is the second one of these I have had. The first is about 8 years old and still working, but is occasionally noisy so I bought this one as back up. The newest leaf blower seems to have a little weaker stream of air than the previous one I have. I have other Black and Decker products and I have very pleased with them.

Have been using the string trimmer hard for over two years, still going strong. The blower is handy for different uses.

Had a set something like this several years ago. Used this today and it all works great. Love the fact that this set comes with everything you need. I did purchase more string. Lightweight, easy to use. Durable and appears to be well made. Great brand. Perfect set for me.

I haven't used the trimmer but I but I have the same one I have been using for 3 years .. For me it does good . I have not had any problems with it.. I bought it because of my ability to use and now I have 5 batteries to use. The leaf blower is what I needed weed eater and leaf blowerand works great.

Great System

I have 4 tools in the B&D system (weed trimmer, surface blower, hedge trimmer, and drill). I needed to replace two of the batteries and the switch on my old surface blower is difficult to turn on and off. I decided to get the combo weed trimmer/surface blower package with two batteries for $129 rather than pay $49 each for two batteries. Both appliances work well. The weed trimmer/edger is a smaller diameter arc than the first one I bought, and the surface blower no longer has the Turbo button....

Low battery output.

I like the weight of the tools. The battery is lightweight, yet low yielding. The info is in the description. The blower gives 110%, but the outlet end is sub-par. The trimmer is fantastic. No problems with that piece of equipment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Great for camping and fishing

I fish from the shoreline a lot. The cordless string trimmer is just the thing I need to knock down the tall grasses between the road and the shoreline. I bought the combo mostly for the trimmer but quickly realized how useful the sweeper would be on my first camping/fishing expedition, I brought the trimmer and it was fantastic for knocking down a lot of tall grasses making the camping site much more pleasanter but forgot to pack a broom for sweeping out the tent and general cleaning of the c...

Nice lightweight string trimmer

The trimmer is very lightweight but very effective and gets the job done. If you have a small yard you will love it. It edges nicely too. I bought this to replace one I had for many years and found this model to be a bit smaller and lighter but works great.
