Not great suction. Will not get up pet stains that are lightly soiled. Save your money.

Hose Ripped Near Handle

I’ve had this product for less than a year and the hose has ripped away from the handle. Very disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE, HOSE BREAKS AND CANNOT BR REPAIRED

My second unit just broke in the same way as the first, the hose rips near the handle. This is obviously a design flaw and cannot be repaired. What a joke. Bissell will not help. Both broke with VERY LIGHT USE. BUYER BEWARE!

This thing cleans better than my full size cleaner. Does a great job of getting all the water up so the carpet is not soaking wet. Great on pet stains! Just hope it stands the test of time...for the price, it better!

So I bought this because I have two indoor labs. Need I say more. Always drooling, tracking mud in the house and my favorite is the accidents on the carpet. I bought bissel due to owning one in the past. So far so good. It’s powerful and cleans up everything.
