Remote is dead. No way to replace it

Bought this for my garage/workshop and installation was not to bad since my electrical panel is also in the garage. The remote is the weak link Mine has stopped working, put in new batteries and still nothing. Im having to get on a ladder now to turn it on and off. The remote is not available anywhere on line to replace this one. WHY???

Love the heater - works great!!

We love the heater! Heats up the 3 car garage that we use for our non-profit dog rescue nicely. However, one of our rescue dogs knocked it out of my hand and it broke in several pieces. Can you tell me how I purchase a replacement remote??

Unit no longer works after 1 month!

This is my 2nd review, and I am writing because I've had to return the unit as it is no longer working. I purchased the unit in December 2022, and returning January 2023! It absolutely did the job by heating a brick garage pretty quickly once it worked as expected. One day after only running for 30min, I started to smell something wired, and the unit stopped blowing heat (fan only blowing cold air). No warnings or Error codes. Only had this for 3 months and it already wont start up and gives an E1 code.

Nice unit, heats poorly

I've had this heater for only two weeks now, and it's not doing a good job with keeping my garage warm. It keeps reading inaccurate temps and shutting off too soon. It runs for about 10min, shuts down for 2min, then back on. This will not allow the garage to get to desired temperature. If the unit stayed on long enough, I'm sure it would be an awesome garage heater. Time to look for another solutioin, or re-install my old unit.

Works great in my 3 car garage in Chicago

I keep it on low power level so that I don't blow the 50 amp circuit this shares with my Tesla. I also keep the temp at 55 in the winter. The only improvement I'd like to see is that it save my setting when I turn it off so that I don't have to reset everything when ever the unit is turned off and on again.

Garage heater, shuts down too promptly.

I purchased this for my insulated 2 car garage. It shuts down too promptly before heating up the room. I hear this is a common problem that has a specific solution. I would like to know what that solution is. If it would stay running longer I think it would be a good heat source.

Perfect for my greenhouse

I bought this heater for my greenhouse four years ago, after having a failure of standard 1500W oscillating household heater where I lost all my citrus trees. This heater has worked without fail. The relays are loud when the heater starts, which may matter in a garage or workshop, but doesn't matter in the greenhouse. One word to the wise, if there's an interruption in the power supply, this unit will not remember the previous settings, so they have to be reset. Important to remember in freezing...
