Great for chinky soil mixes
Used this mixed into my regular potting soil for a few indoor tropical plants and really liked it. It made the soil much lighter and better draining instead of staying dense and wet. I also liked that it already had bark and perlite mixed in. Everything looked fresh out of the bag and I didn’t have issues with bugs or mold. Would definitely buy again.

Very Good Choice for Bromeliads & Aroids
This is a very good potting mix, allowing lots of aeration and good drainage. I blend this product with another tropical plant potting soil mix and use it for philodendron, monsteras, and assorted aroids.

I’ve recently purchased Bromeliad plants and admit I did so because the plants were so pretty, not that I had any experience with them. First, I potted them in a rich, black soil. Within days, the plants seemed to be doing poorly and I panicked. I then purchased this light-weight mix created especially for Bromeliads and after only two weeks, the plants look much better! I recommend this product to anyone with Bromeliads! Happy gardening!
