Didn't work at all
I received this bug trapper after about 5 days wait from an online order. I immediately unpacked it, plugged it in, and turned it on. Well, I tried to anyway. No power to the fan or light. Multiple know good outlets. The online return process is impossible to navigate. No actual opportunity to return, just to buy again. The in-store return desk took a half hour and three people to navigate the process. They were all very nice and helpful though.

Great bug zapper
Great product, caught so many bugs I had to clean it out quite often. Unfortunately the switch has shorted out so I am buying a new one. Well I did get at least a good year's worth of bug zapping
