When we bought a new house, first order of business was to get new hardware and locks. We bought this handle (and other locks and handles also by Baldwin) to have an all matching set. It was VERY easy to install, it has been working extremely well, and while my Lowe’s didn’t offer a re-key program for Baldwin, it was so easy to re-key by myself that we now have all matching keyed locks around the exterior of the house.
