It includes an hardback empire shaped lamp shade in off white with light blue trim on top and bottom. The lampshade size is 7 -1/2 inch top, 10 inch bottom, and 8 -1/2 inch slant height. The lamp has an on/off switch and uses a medium base light bulb, 60 watt max (light bulb not included). Lamp is UL listed.
