It is not as described. It's not universal. I ordered this as a replacement and it won't fit on the axle

Will not replace 1 3/4 wheel hub
Note that the hub is two inches. Will not replace wheels with a shorter hub, the axle is not long enough.
Works well after mod
I had to drill out the axle hole, but there was enough meat there to remain strong. It works well.
