Best garage floor coating, but a couple of tricks
This stuff is amazing -- rolls on as easy as can be, dries very fast, super tough. Just know that you have to mix-in the pigment yourself, which is messy and requires attention to get the color even. Also the can has a super tight seal -- good for the product, but the lid *will* get mangled when you remove it, so don't count on being able to reseal the can.
We used this on an outdoor patio area. It was easy to use and and looks great with a beautiful finish to it.

Alright hopefully this review helps some DIYers looking to do their garage floor. After rabbit holes of research I landed on this SPGX by ArmorPoxy over other products for our garage floor reno. (specifically Rustoleum Rock Hard). Polyurea is supposed to have more benefits and last longer and although I am not an expert, the facts and stats back it up. Fast Drying Polyurea!!
Great product and easy to use. No mixing. Just roll it out! Read about this coating online and had to give it a try. Looks awesome in my garage.
