The Arke Phoenix interior spiral staircase line of products consists of spiral staircase models, additional risers, handrails, center poles, matching balcony rails and safety bars. The Phoenix spiral staircase kits are available in 47, 55 and 63-in diameters and 3 colors - black, white and satin grey. The Phoenix stair treads are manufactured from European beech wood, finished with a light natural stain and clear coat protective sealer. Each standard stair kit includes 12 treads, 1 landing, balusters, handrails made of an aluminum core with a vinyl cover, landing rail and hardware. Each kit installs with a 360° turn. By adding or subtracting treads to achieve different heights the rotation will change by approximately 26 - 30° per tread. Safety bars – required by some municipalities - are available in a set of 12 to close off the back of the treads (creating a 4” maximum gap). This handrail is required for installations above the maximum height of all standard Arke Phoenix staircase kits
The aluminum core is surrounded by simulated light beech wood vinyl cover to allow it to be curved at the time of installation to accommodate the radius of the staircase
Handrail can be cut with a hacksaw as needed to meet the need of the specific extended height of the installation
