[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so disappointed with this product and too late to return. This is a time suck, between cleaning and maintenance and the mysterious water that pools in the back gaskets despite flipping the unit over. The instructions state the warranty is voided if you continuously leave the water water cabinet attached but the design somehow doesn't allow for a full remodel of waste water. I now know why I saw a bunch of these in Facebook Marketplace.

You can taste the difference immediately
I had no idea how bad refrigerator filtered water actually tasted until I used my AquaTru. I recently did a check on my local water supply and now I can see I why I can taste such a huge difference. Love It.
This is my second Aqua try. I ended up giving my daughter my first one. I love how easy this is and especially love the taste of the water. We had a bad bleach taste in our water and it is gone now. I tried a different brand and didn't like it so I happily came back. :heart::heart::heart:

We have a leak
We have gone through the troubleshooting and tried tightening everything we know. There’s always water at the bottom of the tank and so the other day I set the tank out on the table overnight and here is a picture of what leaked out during the night on our table. Is there any way to improve this?
