Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
The kitchen faucet received mixed reviews. Many customers were pleased with its appearance, water flow, and easy installation, finding it to be a good value. However, some experienced issues such as water splashing, problems with the spray function, and the faucet feeling loose or cheap. A few customers also had problems with leaking or the faucet breaking within a short time. Overall, the faucet seems to work well for many, but some may need to make adjustments or replacements to address certain problems.

We've always bought just the cheapest kitchen faucet in stock. After the last one leaked within a few months (the noise of a leaking faucet makes me crazy) I decided we'd get something decent. I was told by several people that a decent faucet is several hundred dollars to start. I saw this and it looked nice and I decided $100-ish was my price range so I decided to try it. My house is very old and I couldn't get the last faucet off with the tools we had so I did have to call a plumber. When he ...
Finally, a well-thought-out faucet!!
Just installed this last night, so I can't speak to its reliability yet. However, I was so pleased with the amount of thought that went into this unit in terms of ease of installation that I had to post a review. For starters, someone FINALLY figured out that hard copper lines are not only unnecessary but kind of a pain to work with. Instead, this unit uses 'soft' lines that thread directly to the wall valves. That's right; no need for additional hoses here. This makes it SO much easier to thre...
Good for a few years
I bough this faucet 3yrs ago. We just remodeled our Kitchen last year. So this faucet was still in perfect condition when we trashed the old kitchen. This year the faucet was a little lose so last night I decided to caulk it down a little more I noticed on both sides of the base two small holes where the faucet has either been hit or rusted off. The faucet base isn't rusting or leaking from the spots, but eventually it will. I figured eh I can always turn the faucet around but I can't because of...
Looks good but hate it!
Mine was installed approximately 2 weeks ago. Wish I had read reviews first before we purchased this and installed it. It looks great and I wanted the all in one sprayer but that is all I can say good. The water splatters all over me, sink, floor, etc., no matter how I try to control the pressure. I have tried adjusting the pressure with the cut off water values under the sink, didn't change the splatter. Second fault is I cannot push the button to turn the actual sprayer on. It takes two hands ...
Just A Dribble
The faucet design is very appealing and gives the appearance of being a well-thought out faucet. Installation is easy, except the hoses aren't standard and must be adapted. At first, this faucet performed well. After about 6 months we noticed a lessening in the water pressure. Since we save all instructions & manuals (even toasters) we checked all the troubleshooting suggestions. This seemed to help a little bit, but then another 3 months we were back to low pressure again PLUS it began to take...
We are sorry about this problem that you had with this unit. However, we clearly stated that if you have low pressure contact customer service to hel...

Quality made pulldown faucet with metal parts
I recently installed this AquaSource faucet after our American Standard faucet that looks just like this one started leaking. I took off the American Standard faucet, and it had plastic parts inside that were chipped, so water was seeping through and onto my countertop. This AquaSource faucet looks the exact same, but it has metal parts inside and it's $30 cheaper! I should have bought this AquaSource faucet in the beginning! We don't have any leaks now. I highly recommend this brand for the bui...
The Perfect Kitchen Pull-Down Faucet
We just replaced a Delta Pull-Out faucet with this AquaSource Pull-Down unit. The Delta took 45 min to remove - this took 17 min to Install - Simple. The screw-on nut design of this faucet is far superior to any I researched. Some require a basin wrench which is very difficult to use. I would recommend that prior to install, that you dab a few spots of Silicone Sealant to the rubber washer and cement with notch aligned to the steel washer. Let it stand for 30 minutes prior to installation to ins...
Was going to return it.
Nice.. But. The pressure of water is just to strong too fast. I guess what I'm trying to say is the handle is too sensitive.. I have to be super careful every time I open the water, otherwise there is water spattered everywhere. I use to have a regular faucet where I had an attachment to change the water flow setting while not wasting so much water.. It does have a spray button once you pull the hose but you have to press the button every time you pull it to use the spray function. I would be ni...
Aqua-wonderful!
After moving from a home with a "high-end" kitchen, to a new "apartment-home" style complex, and LOVE to cook, you can imagine my frustration dealing with lowish-end, kitchen amenities, i.e. shallow sinks, low faucet... I couldn't even get a moderate sized stock pot in the sink to clean... Well, stand back, Emeril, 'cuz there's a new chef in town! Seriously, this AquaSource faucet has a LOT of bang for the buck ($118.00 vs. $300-400+ for high-end)! So very easy to install, really! (took me 30 mi...
Brushed Nickel Pull-Down Faucet
This faucet took the place of a traditional three-hole system. The faucet base plate covers the outer two holes and the hoses go through the center hole. I would recommend purchasing a brushed nickel dish soap dispenser if there is a 4th hole in the sink. I like the brushed nickel metal finish and found one to match. There is a notice with the faucet that says not to connect a dishwasher to the same water supply as to the faucet. I'm not sure what this mean as my hot water supply has two valves ...
We appreciate the feedback, we are glad you are happy with the faucet. What was meant about the dishwasher, is some people have portable dishwashers ...
