Horrible to put together and drawers don’t come together.

Difficult to assemble because of poor alignment.

This product would’ve been perfect for what I wanted. However, Everything was misaligned, had to be made in order to assemble it. Quite disappointed in that.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I am not commenting on the product - I am commenting on your poor customer service. All I needed to do was to make this purchase and have it assembled either at the store and delivered to my apartment, or delivered to my apartment and assembled on the spot. I was on the phone for 2 days and spoke to more than 12 people in the store and I got absolutely nowhere. I was told that if I ordered the item on line, there would be a prompt where I could request that the item be assembled. There was ...

Beautiful & Hold A Lot!!

We absolutely love these. We bought several of these (the drawer ones), & several of the matching ones with two doors & a drawer. We arranged them in a pattern on each side of our bonus room that has sloping walls. They look great after topping them off with white melamine boards. They're so deep they hold a ton. We did glue extra little supports along the middle and corners of each drawer underneath (I used the particle board pieces sold to hold up countertops, but you could use wood scraps). W...

Part of a set of two

I purchased a matching cabinet for our laundry room to store a vacuum cleaner and motorized mop. And, I wanted to put in and another shorter cabinet in a space four foot wide. Both fit perfectly, look good and are worth the price. This shorter one, because it has drawers, took a little longer to assemble than the taller one that has just shelves.

Wrong parts were inside box.
